Exercising as a group is a great way to have fun whilst you get fitter and stronger! Our classes suit a variety of needs and abilities, and if you’re unsure of which classes are right for your ability and goals, we’re more than happy to offer some advice!

 

All of our classes have a maximum of 6 participants, which means

attention to detail for all attendees, and better results!

 

You can book classes up to 7 days in advance, either in-club or over the phone
