Chris has been qualified as a Personal Trainer for 8 years, and still gets the same satisfaction from helping people move forwards in their journey. “I spent a lot of time working in larger commercial gyms - I had a great time and learned a lot, but I was always troubled by how few people made a commitment to themselves and actually stuck to it. In particular, I learned how important weight training is to women of all ages, but understood that not many women felt comfortable or confident to go into the weights area and become stronger!”
The idea around my gym is - to create a positive, non-judgemental, encouraging environment in which we educate and support our members to do exercises they wouldn’t do in other gyms - and then get results they wouldn’t get in other gyms!

Camilla Hiscock - Coach and Personal Trainer
Camilla is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer who has gained experience in a range of different gyms/fitness environments. She is an enthusiastic and committed trainer with a focus on strength training – something she is passionate about teaching her clients to assist them in achieving a healthy lifestyle. She has worked with a variety of clients with a range of different goals including fat loss, improvement of mobility, strength-based goals and sports-specific training. Her sessions are varied and enjoyable, aiming to give clients an assortment of new skills, and confidence in all areas of the gym. Camilla will always bring dedication and a sense of humour to her sessions in order to keep you motivated and on the right path to achieve your goals.

“When I first joined a gym several years ago, I felt intimidated in a very male-dominated environment. I would avoid weights and machines for fear of using them incorrectly. As I increased my knowledge and built confidence through my own training, I wanted to help other women who were struggling with the gym and help them achieve the same level of confidence I had worked up to myself. As a PT I endeavour to provide a high quality and enjoyable service that will focus on technique and hard work. Hieye Rowe - Fitness Instructor
Hieye has been a Fitness Instructor for 3 years, and has experience leading small group classes, large boot-camp classes and training 1-2-1 clients. By utilising resistance and strength training he has helped many people achieve their fitness goals and push themselves further than they have before. Hieye is passionate about Kettlebells, having used them extensively throughout his instructing career and experiencing first-hand the benefits of them.

Ali Richards - Boxing Class Coach and Personal
Ali has been qualified as a Personal Trainer for 7 years and is currently studying for a degree in Sport, Fitness and Coaching. She is a passionate and highly motivated trainer and takes great pride in helping clients develop sustainable healthy lifestyles. She has extensive experience working with a range of goals including weight loss, strength training and sports specific training. Her sessions are enjoyable and effective and use many techniques including Boxing, HIIT, and TRX. Ali is a trainer who leads by example and is on the England boxing squad.
